The app assists in saving time and effort for doctors, nurses, lab users and concentrate on their core activities.
A) The Admin App
The admin app is used to set up, and it covers different modules such as user module, patient’s module, medicine type module, medicines module, vitals module, rooms & bed module, and medical reports module.
a) User Module: In this module, the admin can access the doctor’s details, availability, and timings. One can also check the attendance of the doctors. You can also browse through accessible nurse staff, their details, timings, and attendance. You can further check lab staff details and status.
b) Patient Module: The patient details can be filled up in a registration form. In this module, the admin can access admitted and discharge information of patients. You can even search, filter, track the status and reset patient details as per admission and discharge dates.
c) Medicine Type Module: In this module, the admin can access medicine details like injection information, tablet information, capsule, inhaler, and liquid medicine details.
d) Medicines Module: In this module, there is a list of all medicines available in the hospital, and the admin can access medicines-related details.
e) Vitals Module: In this module, vitals like Blood Pressure (BP), temperature, pulse, sugar, and other such vitals can be managed. The assigned users can edit and delete details.
f) Rooms & Bed Module: In this module, the rooms list and bed details of the hospital can be managed. Available and list information
g) Medical Reports Module: In this module, the medical reports list and details are managed. These include Blood reports, X-Ray reports, MRI reports, CT scan reports, and other tests that are listed down and can be tracked.
B) The Doctor App
The doctor app is used to set up, and it covers patient details. The doctor leverages the application with the list of patients’ rooms and beds, allowing coverage as per patients. The doctor can also use the search functionality to track a patient’s status, keep a quick eye on nurse status and nurse attendance.
The doctor app can access and monitor patients’ information as per assigned doctors, can enable medication monitoring, vital tracking, and medical reports. It can manage prescription schedules, list patients as per diverse filters, and access patient summaries.

C) The Nurse App
Nurses can use the nurse app to check the doctor’s instructions, patient list, patient status, their current conditions (normal or critical), the timing of medicines, monitoring of medicines, and check out health reports with all the details of the patients. The medicines can be tracked by nurses through the application as regular medicines, SOS type, and on the spot medication on doctor’s check-ups.
D) The Lab Users Dashboard
The lab users manage lab reports, showcase them filter-wise, enable comprehensive reports & analysis, manage reports, upload reports as pdf and other formats, check reports status, check out rooms and bed wise filters for lab reports. The complete and pending reports can be accessed, whose rights are offered as per diverse role logins and treatment by different doctors.
